These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "Terms and Conditions") govern the relationship between pak666 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual (the "User", "Player" or "you") who accesses, registers on or uses any service available at pak666.cam.

pak666 provides an online gaming environment offering sports betting, cricket markets, live casino, slot games, table games and related services. The Platform is operated as an informational and gaming service. Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using pak666 is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

By accessing the Platform, creating a registered account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a personal, registered user account held on pak666 by an individual User.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and any bonus funds held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or matched-deposit allocations credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age-verification process required prior to withdrawal or as triggered by account activity.

• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User that have either never been subject to wagering requirements or have fully satisfied applicable requirements.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, information and support functions available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered across eligible games before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

To register and maintain an account on pak666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• 3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Reaching the age of 18 does not automatically make gambling lawful in Pakistan; you must separately satisfy yourself regarding applicable local laws.
• 3.2 You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• 3.3 You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• 3.4 You must not be an employee, director, officer or close family member of pak666 or any affiliated entity.
• 3.5 You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• 3.6 You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or have had an account closed for misconduct.

pak666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension or closure.

Account registration is subject to the following conditions:

• 4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• 4.2 You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
• 4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pak666 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from a User's failure to secure their credentials.
• 4.4 You must notify pak666 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. Contact details are provided in Section 17.
• 4.5 Accounts are non-transferable. No Account, balance or entitlement may be transferred to another individual or sold.

pak666 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity, age and address of Users. KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal request will be processed and may additionally be triggered by account activity that meets internal risk thresholds.

• 5.1 Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card, passport or other government-issued photographic identification.
• 5.2 Proof of address documentation (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days) may be required.
• 5.3 For deposits or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, additional documentation — including source-of-funds evidence — may be required in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• 5.4 pak666 processes KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents submitted for verification purposes are stored securely and not shared with third parties except as required by law.
• 5.5 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. In cases of prolonged non-compliance, the Platform reserves the right to close the Account and return the real-money balance (net of any outstanding obligations) subject to applicable procedures.

The following terms govern deposits made to a pak666 Account:

• 6.1 All funds deposited to pak666 must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including accounts held by family members, are prohibited.
• 6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within the User's Account.
• 6.3 pak666 references familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers from institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references for users. These providers are independent entities and do not endorse, support or affiliate with pak666. Actual available deposit methods are confirmed at account level and subject to operator compliance requirements.
• 6.4 Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) may be available subject to operator configuration. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and pak666 does not guarantee exchange rate outcomes.
• 6.5 pak666 does not impose fees on deposits from its side; however, your payment provider may levy their own transaction charges. Users are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• 6.6 Deposited funds are for gaming purposes only. pak666 is not a financial institution and deposits do not constitute savings or earn interest.

Withdrawal of funds is subject to the following conditions:

• 7.1 Withdrawals may only be requested by Users who have completed all applicable KYC verification requirements.
• 7.2 Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to the technical capability of the relevant payment provider.
• 7.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar period. Current limits are displayed within the User's Account.
• 7.4 Processing times vary by method. E-wallet and instant-payment methods may process faster than bank transfer, but no specific turnaround is guaranteed. Processing is also subject to internal compliance review, which may extend timelines.
• 7.5 Bonus funds that have not satisfied their applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only the real-money balance — including wagering-requirement-satisfied bonus winnings — is eligible for withdrawal.
• 7.6 pak666 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks, particularly where large sums or unusual activity patterns are involved.

All bonuses and promotional offers available on pak666 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• 8.1 Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering (rollover) requirement. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. The specific rollover multiplier, eligible games and contribution rates are stated per offer.
• 8.2 Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically expressed in days from the date of credit. Unmet wagering requirements and unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• 8.3 One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an Account simultaneously.
• 8.4 Bonus Abuse: pak666 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — matched betting on opposing outcomes using bonus funds, exploiting errors in bonus configuration, and using multiple accounts to claim the same offer. Identified bonus abuse will result in bonus cancellation and may result in Account suspension.
• 8.5 Illustrative Figures: Bonus amounts displayed on promotional materials (such as "up to PKR 25,000") represent maximum illustrative examples only. Actual bonus values are determined by the qualifying deposit and offer configuration at the time of participation.
• 8.6 pak666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations to Users who have already opted in under the original terms.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on pak666:

• 9.1 All bets and wagers are placed at the User's own risk and discretion. pak666 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.
• 9.2 Bets accepted by the Platform are final, subject to settlement rules published at the time the market is offered. In the case of manifest errors (including obvious pricing mistakes), pak666 reserves the right to void affected bets.
• 9.3 Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for casino and slot content, and by real-world event results for sports markets. pak666 makes no representation as to future outcomes.
• 9.4 In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension or settlement at any time in line with event status. pak666 is not liable for losses arising from connection interruptions during live betting sessions.
• 9.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and market. Current limits are displayed at the point of wagering.
• 9.6 Cricket markets, including those relating to PSL T20 and ICC tournaments, are offered as sports-betting markets only. pak666 has no official affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak666 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted;
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in multi-player games;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to pak666 immediately and no advantage gained therefrom may be retained;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account;
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gambling or self-exclusion control;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith following genuine gaming activity;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward pak666 staff or other Users.

Violations of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, permanent ban and referral of relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as appropriate.

All content on the pak666 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software and data compilations — is the intellectual property of pak666 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, scraping, reverse-engineering or commercially exploiting Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 12.1 pak666 provides its Services on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or harmful components.
• 12.2 pak666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits or loss of gaming opportunity.
• 12.3 pak666 is not responsible for the conduct of third-party payment providers or for losses arising from their independent actions, delays or technical failures.
• 12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

pak666 is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to support Users in maintaining control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts when a User has been logged in for a defined period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses over a defined rolling period.
• Wagering Limits: Restrictions on total stake amounts placed within a period.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests should be directed to our support team.
• Cool-Off Periods: A short-term break from the Platform during which betting and deposit functionality is suspended.

Either party may initiate Account closure subject to the following:

• 14.1 User-initiated closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance will be returned to you following completion of outstanding KYC requirements and settlement of any pending bets. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• 14.2 Operator-initiated closure: pak666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account in the event of a breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement or any other reason deemed necessary in our sole discretion.
• 14.3 In cases of Account closure for breaches of Section 10 (Prohibited Conduct), forfeiture of the entire Account balance — including real-money funds — may apply.
• 14.4 Self-exclusion requests result in immediate deactivation of betting and deposit functionality. Self-excluded Users must not attempt to re-register under a new identity.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak666 holds its operational licence. Users accept that any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

pak666 does not operate under a licence issued by any Pakistani authority and does not claim compliance with Pakistani gambling law. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own legal risk and discretion. This provision is not legal advice.

pak666 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, Users may be notified via the email address registered to their Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
